There are a lot of benefits to using artificial flowers for your wedding as well as being able to keep them as a treasured memory of your special day, they are not seasonal so you can use flowers from all seasons, they will not wilt during the day, they have no sap so they will not stain your beautiful dress, they are perfect for allergy sufferers (no red eyes) they travel well for weddings abroad and you can order weeks in advance to give peace of mind.

How do I place an order?                      

Once you have chosen your beautiful items simply add to cart and follow the instructions remembering to fill out the correct delivery details, you can contact us with any enquiries please fill out as much information including your wedding date and we will get back in touch as soon as possible usually within 24 hours.

Can you make matching items?

Matching items are available for all our silk wedding bouquets. Contact us for more information.

Do you have samples?

You can order a sample a sample of a single flower made as a standard buttonhole £2.99 plus £2.95 postage. Contact us for more information.

What are the Delivery Times?

All our beautiful silk wedding flowers are hand made to order and usually take approx 21 - 28 days to dispatch, however smaller items such as a single buttonhole are 7 days, if you require your items before please contact us before ordering.

Can I return an Item?

Our Terms and Conditions

You can return any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. 
Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following-: 
"goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone. 
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition.

Paypal at the checkouts

Rosie Silk Flowers use Paypal at the checkouts accepting all major credit/debit cards during the checkout process. All your sensitive card details are entered directly onto the PayPal website therefore we will not have any access to your card details whatsoever. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.

Can I make alterations to my silk wedding flowers?

Ribbons and flowers can be changed to your specifications and there is a colour match service available, we can also make matching items for all our silk wedding flowers. Please contact us with your changes and we will get back in touch as soon as possible usually within 24 hours
